We often deliver inspection reports the same day as the inspection, if required. We usually email the report first thing the following morning. The same day report will be every bit as accurate as the next day report. 

We usually schedule one inspection per day. This leaves a slot open for last minute scheduling. The inspection report is created on site and can be delivered the same day if necessary.
